Alternative Apparel: Alternative, now a part of Hanes, is committed to responsible manufacturing and use eco-materials: 100% organic cotton (that is Global Organics Textile Standard-certified), and recycled polyester. Their Organics range is OEKO-TEX certified. And Hanes was awarded one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2021 by Ethisphere.com.

Boyish Jeans: Boyish is committed to making sustainable products. Their jeans are “produced with sustainable fabrics and washes through an environmentally-friendly cruelty-free process”- boyish.com. The products go through a non-toxic process, and the brand use non-toxic dyes that are plant based. They are also OEKO-TEX standard 100 approved. Boyish also uses PETA approved vegan denim, recycled fabrics, deadstock fabrics, and use Tencel Lyocell and Tencel X Refibra Lyocell. They are carbon neutral, energy efficient and much more.

Girlfriend Collective: Girlfriend items are made from recycled fabrics like RPET (recycled polyester) and recycled post-consumer bottles. Other fabrics used are ECONYL yarn, recycled fishing nets, and recycled nylon and spandex. Their tees are make of 100% cupro which is a “delicate fiber made from waste the cotton industry leaves behind.”- girlfriend.com. Their factory is SA8000 certified which means they use Fair Trade in their factories.
