Shipping Policy:

We proudly have free standard shipping over $175.

Any orders placed Monday - Thursday before 6PM CST will be shipped within 1-3 days. Anything placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday) will be shipped within 1-3 days starting the following Monday or business day. We ship via USPS and provide different shipping options. Please allow a longer processing time during holiday seasons.

Devote is not responsible for any lost packages if we have a tracking number. Please contact the carrier to try and resolve.

We are also not responsible if you have not received your package if the tracking provided states it was delivered at the correct address.
